What time should we meet at the pickup point?
If you have opted to take the transport from Giardini Naxos to Villa Limonaia, you need to meet here at 3:15pm. The buses will depart at 3:30pm sharp, so don’t be late!
Will transportation be provided?
We’ll have shuttles to take guests to and from Villa Limonaia, departing from specific pick-up points. All details can be found on the transport page.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony so you can get settled. We’ll be starting right on time and don’t want you to miss a moment!
Is parking available at the venue?
For those who prefer to drive to the venue, there is on-site parking.
Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?
Both will be held at Villa La Limonaia. The ceremony will begin at 5pm with the reception to follow immediately after.
Is there a wedding room block for hotels?

What’s the dress code?
The dress code is summer formal - think light dresses for the ladies and suits for the men (feel free to ditch the ties). We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!
Any tips for shoes?
The reception will be held outdoors on grass, so we recommend wearing wedges, block heels, or flats instead of stilettos. This will make it much easier (and safer) to move around and enjoy the evening.
